Heather McPherson

She oversees the adoption of impact and ESG practices across S2G’s investment framework to drive value creation for portfolio companies. Before joining S2G, Heather worked at Builders Vision, where she facilitated a unified impact measurement and management approach across Builders Asset Management, the Builders Initiative Investment Team, and S2G. Previously, she led impact measurement, management, and acceleration initiatives at SJF Ventures. Prior to SJF, Heather helped launch Impact Capital Managers (ICM), a network of private capital fund managers investing for impact and market-rate returns. Heather holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in English Literature from Carleton College.
